The Life-Altering Near Death Experience of Dr. Lani Leary

DR. LANI LEARY: “I promised to have Dr. Lani Leary back to tell us about her near death experience so this is it. Lani shares with us the near death experience that occurred during a routine dentist procedure, how she left her body viewing it from above, met and communicated with her deceased mother, traveled through the infamous near-death experience tunnel, and how she became one with the Light (God/Source/Love). After Dr. Lani Leary tells her story with poetic articulation, I walk her through it again to extract the insightful details and life-changing lessons this fascinating trip to the afterlife teaches us.” ~ Bob Olson, Afterlife TV

Dr. Lani Leary describes her fascinating near death experience.

Thanks once again Bob,your conversations are so good. Please keep up the good work Jack.

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Jack,

Thanks for your comment. I appreciate your words of support.

  2. Doles says:

I was watching this latest interview and when the doctor was talking about telling her mom she loved her and the back and forth, then I thought to myself: how does Bob really feel about these things? Not that it’s important how you feel, but I wondered whether you found yourself amazed, fortunate and such to be hearing these things on a consistent basis. It’s just that at some point this must truly feel real to you, no? I know it’s being disputed in the real world, I know many would bring some strong arguments as to why there couldn’t possibly be life after this one. But to be soaking in this on such a close and personal level must feel overwhelming to you, no? And to know that this is available to everyone. Wow! Oh, and GOOD on your for bringing these to others! I just hope many others will find these.

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Doles,

I’ve been doing this since 1999 privately and 2011 publicly, and I can honestly say that I feel blessed every time. Thanks for your comment.

  3. Joy Wyse says:

Bob: Thanks so much for all your wonderful interviews. This one with Dr. Leary was so awesome. I truly know there is life after death and these interviews are more than a comfort. They bring true light to our experience here on earth and in the other dimension.

  4. Louise says:

Thank you for bringing Dr. Lani Leary to your readers. Besides having an exceptionally pleasant demeanor and delivery, her vast experience, knowledge is priceless. I’ve watched both interviews back-to-back and they are both excellent… building, with expanded clarity. i agree with you Bob, giving her books as presents would be just about the best gift any one could give.

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Louise,

You’re most welcome. I’m glad you see the value in Lani’s book. It really is a wonderful gift to give people. Thanks for your comment.

  5. Marina says:

    Hello Bob,

I just wanted to say, thanks again for another great interview! Finding your site has been so wonderful and, while I found you some time after you started Afterlife, I would watch conversation after conversation and then wondering why all the rest were taking so long 🙂 This last one was great and Dr. Leary has so much to add.

I would like to add also that your interviews with Natalie Sudman are beyond the best; you two have a soul contract and way of being that is very apparent (I just checked out her book but haven’t read it yet). Please, please, please do another interview with her and, just like your interview with Dr. Leary, all your work is so appreciated and so valued.

You are a gem and then some!

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Marina,

Thank you so much for your kind words. My interviews were taking a long time because I’ve been finishing my book (which will be out in May). It took me 15 years to research and 3 years to write, so I just had had had to get it done. And since I can only do so much, the interviews had to wait. But I have a long line of interesting guests that I’m waiting to interview.

I agree that Natalie and I have a special rapport. She understands my weird humor and I understand her deep wisdom. I have no doubt that I’ll be interviewing her again.

      I appreciate your comments Marina.

  6. Dianne montgomery says:

When I was 15 years old I had to have my nose operated on. This was my first ever operation. While going under the anesthesia I left my body went into a dark tunnel with a brilliant light at the end of the tunnel. I raced to the end of the tunnel but before I got there much to my amazement there stood my Great Grandma Anna and my great uncle Rufus ( both had been dead for several years) but I had been very close as a youngster to them both. They didn’t speak to me with words but by mental telepathy! They said you can go o farther, it’s not your time yet you must go back! I became very upset! I saw out the end of the tunnel a bright light and unusual garden with unusual flowers, plants and animals. They were translucent but very colorful and bright. I didn’t want to go back and I wasn’t scared either. When I woke up in the recovery room I was hemorrhaging and crying out with both arms lifted up towards the ceiling calling for “grandma” over and over. My mother said she could hear me in the waiting area I was so loud, she thought I was calling for my grandma but I was calling for my great grandma who had passed. I never told anyone until I was much older. I never forgot this. I am not afraid to die because I know where I’m going and there will e people waiting for me when I et there.

  7. Dianne montgomery says:

By the way I am 61 years old now and I can still recall all the details of this experience as if it was yesterday!

  8. Marina says:

Thank you for the kind reply.

I have been awaiting your book and look forward to finally being able to read it! And don’t you just love it when people like Paul Selig come along and write something in two weeks 🙂 Guess that channeling helps things right along!

Just wanted to add that your ‘weird sense of humor’ and your passion for what you do is what makes your conversations and your whole site so wonderful; also, you always ask the person that you’re interviewing the question that I was thinking of just as I’m thinking of it when I’m watching it. Brilliant!

    All the best,

  9. wendy says:

thanks for your work! great interview
I am happy and excited to hear about your book! I was wondering when you would write one
can’t wait to read it !

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Wendy,

Thank you. I’m so very excited to share it with you and the world. It’s the culmination of my 15-plus years of afterlife investigation and it answers most (if not all) of the questions I get weekly if not daily. I appreciate your thoughtful comment.

  10. Jill says:

Just wanted to add my thanks for these great interviews! You have the perfect mix of being both professional and very personable, which makes for an informative and fun interview. Your work here is valuable and very appreciated!

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Jill,

Thank you for taking the time to write me. I appreciate your kind compliments.

  11. Ben says:

    Dear Bob,

Could you please do another segment on pets? I have already watched your excellent interview with Danielle McKinnon but still yearn for more.

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Ben,

That’s a good idea. I’ll keep that in mind and see what I can do. Thanks.

  12. Diana says:

If Dr. Leary communicated with her deceased mother, than that would suggest that her mother has not moved on to another life? So how do we know we will have relatives waiting for us when we pass if they are supposed to be reincarnated? What about the women who remembered her past life and died when her children were young, she was reincarnated, so that would mean her children would not have seen her when they passed. I don’t understand. If we are reincarnated then how can we see dead loved ones when we die.

    • Bob Olson says:

      Hi Diana,

Actually that’s not exactly how it works. This is such a difficult concept to explain that I’m unable to do it in a comment reply. However, I do fully explain it in my new book, Answers About The Afterlife. If I could answer your questions easily, I would do it here. But I spent a lot of time answering these very questions while writing my book in a easy to understand manner, so I hope you’ll read it.

      My best wishes to you,

  13. Diana says:

Thank you. I will do that.

    Best Regards
