SEASON 9, EPISODE 2: From a spiritual perspective, we know that every challenge holds the potential for positive change in our lives. This episode is all about using the situation you now find yourself in to rediscover what once made your heart sing that you no longer practice. In many cases, we have forgotten our authentic self because we pushed that part of ourselves out to make room for something or someone else.
I also discuss a fun and effective method for gaining daily spiritual guidance. You’ll see how I used it to choose the topic for today’s show. And, for the first time, I offer a mala practice that I recorded for you, which you can use to practice your mala along with me. Even if you don’t have a mala, I think you’ll find it easy and enjoyable to repeat the mantra for today’s episode along with me. Hi Bob & Melissa I listened yesterday & I absolutely loved it. This video was PACKED with amazing information. You touched on so many great things. 1st of all let me say to Melissa that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Melissa’s Photography. I am often smiling to myself when certain ones pop up. I wanted to mention in the last video how you shares that story about Libby. I remember that from long ago & it has always stayed in my heart. OX I wanted to share how we don’t watch the News here at all. I never have it on. We get enough through others or scrolling through social media. We also feel terrible after 5 mins of the news let alone all day long repeatedly. We have been cooking & baking, watching movies. My husband John painted my hair room so I will be ready to work in it when all shifts. Some say this has happened abruptly, although I think that this is happening at a time where this Beautiful Universe is saying LISTEN, BE PATIENT & Be KIND and LOVE More. We just aren’t getting it! So glad to see you making these again! Missed you and your work. I learned of your work when my son took his life in December 2018 and have listened to all of Afterlife TV and read your first book and I bought Magic Mala (will read soon). Still talks of making Magic Mala a movie? I always suggest your shows and books to others who are grieving. Keep your work rolling out!! 🙂
